- New and complete estate plans - For new estate planning clients, we work on a fixed fee basis including our advanced estate planning services. You will not be charged every time you talk with an attorney because phone calls are included. We do not want you to hesitate calling us for fear of runaway costs. We WANT to answer your questions and for you to feel completely comfortable with the process and result.
- Modification to existing estate plans - For those with an existing estate plan, our attorneys will review your existing estate planning documents to see whether or not they need modification. If they need modification, we will charge a fixed fee for our services to implement the modifications you require.
- Expedited services for those traveling or having time sensitive issues including visits to client residences and health care facilities - fixed fee basis.
- Advanced estate planning work such as creation of Charitable Remainder Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships and Charitable Foundations.
- Formation of all types of corporations and LLC's. Creation of operating agreements and partnership agreements- fixed fee basis.
